What are Apprenticeships ?
Apprenticeships are training programmes for employees, they are tailored towards full-time employees wishing to enhance their skills in the workplace whilst also gaining them relevant and current qualifications. Apprenticeships can be delivered to new or existing staff.
There are three different levels of Apprenticeships available:
- Apprenticeship (Level 2)
- Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3)
- Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4)
All Apprenticeships include a combination of qualifications to enable the learner to gain a range of knowledge and skills. Most Apprenticeships include Functional Skills, Diploma (NVQ) and Technical Certificate (BTEC). Apprenticeships are open to all ages above 16.
