The Apprenticeships programme can be for anyone of any age in full time employment who wish to further their career and gain valuable training, qualifications and guidance within the workplace.
- As an employer, you can receive fully funded training for your staff, provided by New Generation Services
- BTEC Apprenticeships are a combination of work-based training and education, giving a structured route to a skilled occupation using the new QCF framework BTEC approved qualifications
- Delivered in the workplace the learner will develop the necessary practical skills and knowledge to complete and relevant NVQ also gaining Functional Skills and a Technical Certificate to gain the full Apprenticeship Framework
- Apprentices learn while they work, so as an employer, you can be assured that their knowledge and skills are up-to-date while they gain invaluable on the job experience

The programme is:
- minimum 12 months
- delivered and assessed in the work place
- supported by an assessor and mentor
- BTEC Apprenticeships includes NVQ level 2 or 3 Diploma, a technical certificate and functional skills
